Shipping & Returns Policy
We can ship to most destinations in Australia. With furniture being a bulky item, there may be some restriction or special freight pricing required. Please contact us to check your destination on the email address below. Standard delivery time frames are between 5-25 business days (depending on the items ordered). Regional areas, other towns and cities may take up to 5 business days longer. All products that are in stock are dispatched as soon as possible. On placement of your order, any variation to the above you will be notified.
We use 3rd party delivery couriers for most of our deliveries. Delivery is based on delivery to the ground floor only. If deliveries are required to upper levels through stair wells or lifts we must be notified prior and extra fright costs and labour will be required. We will provide a quotation for your approval and payment for this service.
If a manufacturing fault is present, Durasit Seating will gladly replace or fix the item(s). Please note that if a manufacturing fault is present – Durasit Seating must be notified in writing within 3 business days of your receipt of the product. We do not accept returns for items for any other reason, including but not limited to changing your mind, due to colour variations from screen image or variations in product colour or texture due to handcrafted elements to an item. We do not accept returns for delays in product lead times, delays in shipping, or delays in supply of your order caused by any reason.
When notifying us of a manufacturer’s fault, please provide photographic evidence and a description of the fault prior to returning. The management team at Durasit Seating reserves the right to refuse refunds for items upon photographic or physical inspection.
Any return requests other than listed above will need to be authorised by Durasit Management. It is at its sole discretion other than manufacturer’s fault, to agree or reject returns. Any return can only be considered if the furniture has NOT been assembled, or damaged and is returned in its original packaging.
Please note returned items will incur a re-stocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price and the re-delivery will incur a minimum delivery charge of $50.00 if organized by us.
No order may be cancelled except with consent in writing and on terms which will indemnify Durasit Seating against any losses suffered by Durasit Seating including a 10-40% minimum cancellation and restocking fee. A 5% charge to refund money is payable. We reserve the right to cancel any order, products or services for any reason whatsoever.
